Admissions

Age guidelines :

​Ayalna kindergarten caters for children between three years old  and five years old, regardless of nationality, background, gender, abilities or special learning needs.

Admission procedure :

​We have streamlined the entire process of admission. become a member of Ayalna Kindergarten family by enrolling your child.

​Step 1 : Please complete the Registration form, ensuring that all the fields are completed accurately. Upon completion of the form, please email it to ayalna@ayalna.com and attach all the required documents specified below.

​Kindly  share full details of any special educational needs and any Educational Psychologist, Pediatric, or other specialist reports in order for us to provide an appropriate assessment .   

Step 2 : An online interview through Zoom App  will be scheduled on a specified date and time with our specialist which will assess your child’s readiness for kindergarten.

​Step 3 : Following a successful interview, we will contact you with an offer of admission for your child. On receipt of this offer letter, you are requested to submit a copy the necessary documents prior to fee payment to secure a seat of confirmation for your child  ( 1051 Qr - nonrefundable ) ​​

Documentation:

Documents required by Ayalna Kindergarten at time of registration are:

1. Copy of child’s current and valid passport

2. copy of child’s current and valid QID

3. copy of parents’ current and valid passport  

4.  copy of parents’ current and valid QID

5. copy of caregiver’s ( nanny / driver )  current and valid QID

6. Copy of birth certificate

7. Copy of immunization  card 

8. Copy of medical booklet which is given by HC (new regulations)      

9. 2 passport photographs of the child                 

10. Passport photographs of the parents & caregiver ( nanny / driver )
